1. Scope
These terms apply to your access to and use of the Site (unb.ink) and to communication between you and us. Our own products are covered by the licence agreement shipped with each installer; where the two differ, that agreement prevails.
2. Accounts and access
Some pages of the Site can only be reached while signed in. Accounts are issued by the identity service we run ourselves. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe, and you may not lend, share or use them for unauthorised purposes.
3. Content and intellectual property
The text, layout, graphics, code and brand marks on the Site (including “Unbound Studio”, “UNBOUND STUDIO” and the related product names) belong to Unbound Studio or are used under licence.
- You may browse the Site, share links to it, and quote from it with attribution within reasonable limits.
- Without written permission, you may not reproduce the Site's content in full for commercial use, nor use it to build a look-alike service site.
4. Product use
Unbound Browser and Unbound Link are desktop applications provided as-is. Their licence scope, restrictions and update policy are set out in the agreement shipped with the software.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with the laws of your jurisdiction and with the rules of any third-party platform involved.
- The software runs locally on your device; your configuration and data are yours to keep, so please back them up yourself.
5. Engagements and delivery
Descriptions of our services on the Site are not an offer or a commitment. The scope, schedule, cost and deliverables of any website or software engagement are governed by the written agreement both sides confirm; before that point, no communication constitutes a binding contract.
6. Disclaimer
We do our best to keep the information on the Site accurate and available, but omissions or delays are possible. To the extent permitted by law, the Site's content is provided “as is”, and we accept no liability for indirect losses arising from the use of information or products on the Site.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as needed; updated versions are published on this page with a revised date at the top. If a change is significant, we will flag it on the Site. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated terms.
